Tally Processing is looking for a sharp, dependable, customer-focused person to join our Shreveport support team.

You do not need years of IT experience to qualify. We are willing to train the right person. What matters most to us is intelligence, reliability, professionalism, computer aptitude, and the ability to learn.

This is not a call-center position. You will work directly with businesses, helping them operate the technology they depend on every day.

What You’ll Do

As a Technology Support Specialist, you’ll learn to install, troubleshoot, and support point-of-sale systems, payment technology, computers, peripherals, and basic networks for businesses throughout our area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting software, hardware, and basic networking issues
• Providing support by phone and remote connection
• Occasionally visiting local customers for onsite service
• Installing and configuring POS equipment and related technology
• Following support issues through to completion
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers
• Learning multiple POS and payment platforms
• Becoming someone our customers know they can rely on

Previous technical support, IT, networking, POS, restaurant technology, or customer-service experience is a plus, but it is not required.

Starting Pay: $20/hour
