This is hands-on tech support, problem-solving, and real customer interaction.
What You’ll Do
You’ll become the go-to tech expert for our customers:
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues
- Help customers by phone, remote support, and occasional onsite service (using company vehicles)
- Track and follow up on support requests
- Learn multiple POS platforms — and get a raise every time you master one
No tech experience? We train you.
If you can show up, stay organized, learn fast, and treat people well — you’ll do great here.

You don’t need previous tech experience. You just need to be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and patient when helping people
- Comfortable on a computer and willing to learn new systems
- Organized and able to follow through on tasks
- Based in the Shreveport/Bossier area
